    To satisfy your sweet tooth, take apple cider vinegar with honey as a refreshment to replace coffee or tea if you want to break those habits.

    Apple cider vinegar may be used locally by soaking the hands or feet for a few minutes in a warm solution. Or a cloth may be soaked to form a poultice. Repeat if so desired.

    Most often apple cider vinegar is used as a liquid. It is easily available,inexpensive, healthy, and fast.
